Mobile Repair Center

Emory and Bicycle South have teamed up to provide a mobile repair center to campus, twice a week.

Emory and Bicycle South have teamed up to provide a mobile repair center at two locations on campus, twice a week.
Walk, carry or otherwise move your bike to the repair center. Flat tires and minor adjustments can be handled while you wait. Need something more in depth or want a full tune-up? Drop you bike off on Wednesday and come back on Friday when the Mobile Repair Center is back on campus and pick up your two wheels.
The prices are reasonable, the service is fast and most importantly, it’s really easy.
Emory Cards, credit cards and checks are accepted payment methods for on site service. You also have the option to pick up your repaired bike from Bicycle South too.
The mobile repair center is located in front of the Dobbs University Center (you know it as the DUC).

Baby Six Gap - Training Ride

This is a rolling ride sprinkled with six short, but steep ascents that will demand the best of your climbing legs. It starts at the REI in Perimeter Center.

If you live along a MARTA rail line, take the train to the start of the ride in the morning (Bicycles are allowed on MARTA trains at all times). Options of 27, 38, and 48 miles. For the more finicky riders out there, please note that 1.5 miles of this ride travels on the hardpacked sand multi-use trail along the Chattahoochee River (alternate route used if the trail is wet).
Directions: Exit the Sandy Springs MARTA station, then ride east on Abernathy/Perimeter Center West for 1/8 mile, then right into the REI parking lot.
Directions from Ga. 400: exit Abernathy Road east, cross Peachtree Dunwoody Road and Mt. Vernon Parkway; turn right into REI parking lot just before reaching Central Parkway. For more information, call David at (404) 933-4541, or email him at david@perimetergo.org
