News: Upcoming Event! Ride To Campus Day - Oct 22nd

Show support for cycling as a commuting choice by biking to campus on Wednesday, October 22.

Bike Emory is encouraging everyone who lives, works, learns and plays in the Clifton community to cycle to your campus to promote the cycling culture in the Clifton community.

In the morning, riders will meet in front of Bicycle South, located at 2098 North Decatur Road, at 8 a.m. where a free breakfast

will be provided.

Cyclists will depart Bicycle South at 8:30 a.m. and ride down North Decatur Road to Clifton Road. As the group turns right onto Clifton Road, participants will head to their final destinations.

Free T-shirts will be provided to all morning riders and prizes will be awarded to the cyclist with the longest commute, the participants from the department/school with the largest number of riders and the rider with the best costume.

Bicyclists are strongly encouraged to cycle to the start of the Ride to Campus Day event at Bicycle South (corner of Clairmont and North Decatur roads). There is VERY limited vehicular parking for this event.

Bike Emory supports safe cycling and we strongly encourage all participants in Bike To Campus Day events to wear a helmet.

See you there!
