News: Bike To Campus Day A Success!
The Bike Emory team is amazed that 57 riders braved the elements and cool weather to ride in our event. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Bike to Campus Day ride this morning. We hope that you all enjoyed the ride as much as we did.
Congratulations to the riders from the Rollins School of Public Health. These riders are recipients of a free catered lunch for getting the most riders to participate.
Also congratulations to Jason Chapman. Jason had the longest commute and is the winner of a $50 Target gift certificate.
A special thank you goes out to Chocolate and Bicycle South for their support of our event. Please visit them often and thank them with your patronage.
Thank you again to all of the participating cyclists in the Bike to Campus Day ride. Today’s successful event (on a rainy day no less) is evidence of a growing bicycling culture in the Emory community and we hope to see even more riders at the National Bike To Work Day event on May 16th.
